The team is led by a Senior Adjuster Mr. L. Kanthan, Associate of the Malaysian Insurance Institute (AMII) and Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) who has more than 60 years of field experience in investigating all classes of Insurance losses.

He was specially engaged to ensure adjusters conduct proper investigations and to vet adjusters report for quality control.

With the intake of additional staff, the team has a total of more than 60 years of investigative experience in Third Party Bodily Injury, Motor Theft, Personal Accident, Third Party Property Damage, Own Damage Claims investigation and Non Motor Claims with a creditable success rate in exposing fraud for further action by the Insurers concerned.
