We are a team of Insurance Loss Adjusters who had in the past, as individuals, worked in a number of Loss Adjustment firms and or Insurance Companies for the past 20 years.
With the intake of additional staff, the team has a total of more than 60 years of investigative experience in Third Party Bodily Injury, Motor Theft, Personal Accident, Third Party Property Damage, Own Damage Claims investigation and Non Motor Claims with a creditable success rate in exposing fraud for further action by the Insurers concerned.
Our services will now include all Classes of Insurance claims.

Mr. Gururaj is a graduate in Software Engineering from Aptech University, Kuala Lumpur. He has extensive adjusting experience having worked in three different International companies.
He specializes in TPBI, Motor Theft, PA, ODI and Medical claims and has resolved a number of fraud cases in his career. As Managing Director, Mr. Gururaj is responsible for client servicing and overall company’s operations.
Jayaraj Subramaniam

Mr. Jayaraj has extensive adjusting experience, having worked in two different companies. He has excellent knowledge in handling TPBI/ODI claims and has resolved a number of fraudulent claims.
Mr. Jayaraj had also served as a Manager for an Insurance company before joining Adjusting company in 2006.
As Executive Director, Mr. Jayaraj is responsible for managing the Organization and Accounts portfolio.
Noraini Hashim

Cik Noraini Hashim is a graduate in Bachelor of Management with Honors and other courses including Sarjana Muda Pengurusan dengan Kepujian from Open University Malaysia (OUM).
She has good rapport with the Police and Hospital Authorities to obtain immediate verbal information. She has also good working relationship with Socso and EPF authorities including JPJ to obtain written confirmation on the status of individual and vehicles.
In short she has a wide circle of sources to obtain reliable information from various departments in connection with claims under the various Classes of Insurance claims.
As a Director, Cik Noraini will be in charge of Office Management and report to the Managing Director on a weekly basis.
