Third Party Bodily Injury Investigation

We undertake all types of Third Party Bodily Injury claims including those that require investigation into the background of Third Parties (Plaintiffs), injuries sustained, loss of income, discreet enquiries, surveillance and all other aspects of a claim on Insurers.

Fast Track Cases

We are able to conduct fast track investigation with the compliance period of 14 working days from the date of assignment. We believe the above is crucial to ascertain fraud and to enable insurers to negotiate direct settlement with the parties involved without involving solicitors, if the case is genuine. This also curbs exaggerated claims and allows amicable settlement with the relevant parties.

Surveillance

To trace, identify and observe movements including still photos and video recording of the party concerned. We also conduct further investigation on employment, employer’s views, other claim avenues (personal accident, Sosco claims) and inquiries with hospitals, clinics including the neighborhood of the party’s residence.
